Al Ardh Alkhadra means “the green land” in Arabic. It is a promise that sand can become soil, and soil can become a garden.

We believe the most powerful growing solutions are already found in nature. Our work is to bring them to the farms, gardens and date palms of the Emirates.

Much of the trouble in UAE soil is hidden: sand that cannot hold water, and saline, alkaline ground that locks nutrients away from the roots. So we start where the roots are.

The company was founded by Dr. Khader Sobhy Abu Foul, a specialist in agricultural sciences and plant virology, to bring scientific knowledge to the everyday challenges of growing.

In our factory in Al Jurf Industrial Area, natural and organic materials, from medicinal herbs to humic substances and mushroom compost, become soil conditioners and plant care made for sandy, saline ground.

Three of our products are registered with the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water, and our flagship, Saprosoil, is TAWTHIQ-certified for organic farming.

The collection has grown to seven products: soil conditioners that rebuild tired, salty ground, plant-based protection for roots, leaves and fruit, and a stimulant that feeds flowering and fruit set.

Growers find them with 12 stockists in 6 emirates, from Sweihan in Abu Dhabi to Masafi in Fujairah.

A date palm gives for a lifetime. We try to do the same with what we know: hundreds of field notes and six grower’s guides on salinity, nematodes, root rot and date palm care.

They are there for every grower, gardener and local partner who brings green spaces to life.
