The terms, in plain words.

These terms apply when you use aaaksc.com and when you order products through it. The site and the products are provided by Al Ardh Al Khadra Agricultural Soil-Conditioner Factory L.L.C. (“Al Ardh Alkhadra”, “we”), Al Jurf Industrial Area, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Descriptions, application rates and uses on this site come from the company's own product labels and published product sheets. Where field-trial results are mentioned, they are the company's own findings; results on your farm depend on your soil, water, crop, climate and practice.

Photographs show each product and its pack. Always check the label on the pack you receive: it is the reference for that product.

Read the label before use and follow its directions, rates and precautions. The field diagnosis, grower's guides and articles on this site offer general guidance and can't see your field. If you're unsure whether a product suits your crop or conditions, ask our team before you apply it.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and apply to the pack shown on each product page, not to a standard weight. The basket shows your product subtotal. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you pay, or when our team confirms your enquiry.

When online payment is available, the delivery charge and the total are shown before you pay, and the amount on Stripe's payment page is the amount you are charged. It is always worked out from the prices in our own catalogue. If you order by enquiry, our team confirms availability, any delivery charge and the final total before anything is agreed.

Adding products to your basket doesn't reserve stock or place an order. These ordering options are available:

• Cash on delivery. Enter your contact details and delivery address at checkout. The total includes AED 25 delivery. Your order is received when the confirmation and order reference appear. Pay that total in cash on delivery; our team contacts you to arrange the delivery time.
• Online, with Stripe, when online payment is available. Your order is placed once payment is completed on Stripe's page, and you'll see a confirmation page with your order reference.
• By enquiry, by email or WhatsApp from your basket. Our team replies to confirm availability, delivery and the final total. An enquiry does not place or charge an order.

If there's a problem with your order, we'll contact you using the details you gave, to agree what happens next.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates for AED 25 per order. Orders are normally prepared and handed to the driver the same day. Delivery is usually on the same day, but sometimes takes 1–2 days. After you order, our team confirms availability and the expected delivery day at the address you gave. The delivery charge and final total are confirmed before you pay.

Online payments are processed by Stripe, in UAE dirhams. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure page; they never reach this site or our team.

Online payment isn't available on this site at the moment. You can order by enquiry, and our team will explain how to pay.

You may return eligible unopened, unused goods in their original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact our team with your order reference to arrange the return. We pay the return shipping cost. After the returned goods have been received and checked, refunds are sent through the original payment method.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The text, product photographs, product names and logo on this site belong to Al Ardh Alkhadra, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to it; please ask us before reusing its content commercially.

Links to other services, such as Stripe, WhatsApp or Google Maps, are there for convenience, and their own terms apply. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
