This notice explains how the website aaaksc.com handles information about you. The site is run by Al Ardh Al Khadra Agricultural Soil-Conditioner Factory L.L.C. (Al Ardh Alkhadra), Al Jurf Industrial Area, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We have kept the site simple on purpose. It asks for information only when you choose to contact us or to order, and we use that information to reply to you and, for orders, to take payment and arrange delivery.

When you add a product, the site saves the product and its quantity in your browser's local storage, under the name aaaksc-cart, so your basket is still there when you come back. It holds nothing else: no name and no contact details.

The basket is not sent to us while you browse. It leaves your device only when you choose to check out or to send an enquiry, as described below. You can remove items on the basket page at any time, or clear this site's data in your browser's settings.

When you send the contact form, the site passes your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the topic you choose and your message to our team at info@aaaksc.com. It travels through the company's own email (SMTP) service, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly. We use these details to respond to you.

When online payment isn't available, the basket offers Enquire by email and Enquire on WhatsApp. These buttons open your own email app or WhatsApp with your basket written out; nothing is sent until you press send yourself. Messages you send by email, WhatsApp or phone are also handled by those services under their own terms.

Please don't include card numbers or other sensitive personal information in a message.

When you place a cash-on-delivery order, your name, email, phone, delivery address, items and any notes are sent through our company's email service to our team. We use this order record to contact you and arrange delivery. No card details are collected.

After a confirmed order, we share the order reference, your email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google so it can display its Customer Reviews opt-in. Google sends a review survey only if you choose to participate in its dialog; declining does not affect your order.

Google and other third parties involved in this program may place or read cookies, or use web beacons and similar technologies. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings, which may prevent the review dialog from working. Google's handling of transaction and browser information is covered by its privacy policy.

When online payment is available, the checkout form sends your name, email address, phone number (if given), delivery emirate, any notes and the products in your basket to our server, which prepares a secure payment page with Stripe.

You then enter your card and delivery address on Stripe's own page. Card details never reach this site or our team. Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy policy.

After payment, Stripe tells our server the result, and an order summary (your name, contact details, delivery address, the items and the totals) is emailed to our team so we can arrange delivery. The confirmation page you see reads the order back from Stripe to show you what you paid for.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives ordinary technical information when your browser asks for a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page, and this may be recorded in server logs kept for security and reliability.

Field notes and grower's guides come from our WordPress system at cms.aaaksc.com. When you read an article, your browser may load its pictures directly from that server, which receives the same kind of connection information. The site's fonts are served from this site itself, not from a font service.

Buttons for WhatsApp, email, phone calls and maps open other apps and services, such as WhatsApp, your email app or Google Maps. What happens there is covered by their own privacy policies.

We have not added advertising or analytics tools to this site. Your basket is stored locally in your browser. The Google Customer Reviews service on order confirmation pages has its own data and cookie practices, described above.

If that changes, we'll say so on this page.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from an enquiry or an order, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to info@aaaksc.com or call +971 50 628 6130. Some records, such as those of a paid order, may need to be kept to meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can empty your basket at any time by removing its items, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

When the way the site handles information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This version was last updated on 7 October 2026.
