Well. not really. Even a product which is said to organic, can very likely be unhealthy and a junk food.

This is because they can still contain high amounts of calories, sugar and fats. All these items are an unhealthy addition to your food and despite coming from an organic source, it can still be unhealthy.

See if you see a product, perhaps even cookies and it says all natural-raw sugar, while it may be natural sugar, it is still sugar and that is not healthy to your diet in any way.

And yet you should try to adapt eating organic food over conventional as it still has less chemicals and in the long-term, are the optimal choice.

Now that we have a strong understanding of what organic food constitutes of, and you have come around to always choosing the organic choice, how can you identify what is genuinely all natural as compared to what is conventional.
